Overview

This requirement is being competed exclusively among holders of the General Contractor and Specialty Trades Supply Arrangement (GCSA) who are qualified for the applicable stream and geographic region. The PSPC Fit-Up project consists of the renovation and modernization of approximately 2,987 m² of office space. The work includes selective demolition, construction of new offices, meeting and collaboration spaces, installation of raised access flooring, architectural finishes, millwork, furniture coordination, and upgrades to mechanical, electrical and telecommunications, to create a modern, flexible, and accessible workplace environment.
