Terms of Service

By accessing or using Constructeams, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Constructeams provides software tools to help teams plan, coordinate, and manage project operations. You may use the services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when needed.

By providing your phone number and using Constructeams, you consent to receive SMS messages from Constructeams related to account authentication, account access, verification, and login security (such as 2FA). These messages are transactional and are only sent in response to user-initiated actions such as logging in, requesting a verification code, or verifying your account.

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.

Constructeams does not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information, including phone numbers or SMS consent, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You may not misuse the services, including by:

• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Interfering with platform performance or security.
• Uploading malicious code or harmful content.
• Using the services in violation of applicable law.

You retain ownership of content you upload, including project data, documents, photos, and related materials. You grant Constructeams the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display that content to provide the services.

Constructeams and its underlying software, design, and branding are the property of Constructeams and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no other rights are transferred to you.

Paid plans, if selected, are billed according to your subscription terms. You are responsible for applicable fees, taxes, and payment obligations associated with your account. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a separate written agreement.

We work to provide reliable access to the services, but availability may vary and may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control.

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Constructeams disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Constructeams will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the services.

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Constructeams after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
