The 356th ETSG Contracting Office is posting this sources sought with the intent of gauging interest in a design-build project at Matsushima JASDF Base in Miyagi prefecture, Japan. The base requirement for the construction projects can be found in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and drawings. This posting and the site visit mentioned below are simply to gauge interest and the government will not confirm any intent to formally solicit this requirement to the open market until after the conclusion of the sources sought posting. An organized pre-solicitation site visit is scheduled for 5 August 2026 at 0900 hours, Japan Standard Time (JST). The meeting place will be at Woody Golf Square Yamoto, Hachiyaura 94, Yamoto, Higashimatsushima, Miyagi 981-0503.
