Matsushima JASDF Base Storage Shelter

The 356th ETSG Contracting Office is posting this sources sought with the intent of gauging interest in a design-build project at Matsushima JASDF Base in Miyagi prefecture, Japan. The base requirement for the construction projects can be found in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and drawings. This posting and the site visit mentioned below are simply to gauge interest and the government will not confirm any intent to formally solicit this requirement to the open market until after the conclusion of the sources sought posting. An organized pre-solicitation site visit is scheduled for 5 August 2026 at 0900 hours, Japan Standard Time (JST). Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to modify the CMMC levels specified in DFARS 252.204-7021 and 252.204-7025 and to change the time of the pre-quote conference.
