This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1082 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Replacement of Three (3) Roof Mounted Air Handling Units, the Repair of One (1) Air Handling Unit, and the Repair of One (1) Chiller at the National Sedimentation Laboratory, located in Oxford, Mississippi. The Period of Performance is 90 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The small business size standard is $19 million. This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. A Site Visit is scheduled for this requirement. The National Wildlife Research Center’s Utah Field Station needs to replace old HVAC equipment from the administrative building and install new HVAC. Amendment 1 is posted below. It postpones the closing date of this solicitation indefinitely. Amendment 2 posted below incorporates a revised statement of work and establishes a new closing date for receipt of quotes.
