Seeking qualified drywall and acoustical ceiling subcontractors for a 3-story, 84,000 SF office building in Fort Worth. Scope includes metal stud framing, hang and finish level 4 on floors 1-3, ACT grid and tile throughout open office areas, and specialty ceilings in the two-story lobby. Schedule: framing starts October 2026, substantial completion March 2027. Bids must include labor, material, lifts, and cleanup. Plans available on request before the walkthrough.
