The Term Contract will include the Provision of Annual Inspection, Servicing, Testing, Repairs & Maintenance Contract for Non Domestic Properties for the following: -Natural Gas -Oil -LPG The Term Maintenance Contract will cover a 3-year period from date of acceptance with option to extend it once for 1 year. The Term Contract is expected to start around 31st December 2026. This tender process is a two-stage process with the first stage consisting of a selection stage based on the SPD (Single Procurement Document) where the number of tenderers will be restricted using non-discriminatory selection criteria.

Perth & Kinross Council (‘the Council’) is seeking to appoint two suitably qualified and experienced contractors to carry out central heating life cycle replacement works on PKC’s domestic tenanted properties. The works comprise of the like-for-like replacement of gas boilers and radiators, full gas boiler systems inclusive of radiators and pipework; replacement of electric storage and panel heating systems, as well as the replacement of existing storage heating, electric wet boilers, and solid fuel heating with Air Source Heat Pumps. This list is not exhaustive. The full scope of works will be set out in the Employer’s Requirements within the tender documentation.
