Amentment 0001 - 1. Update the site visit date, RFI due date and Quote due date as listed below. Organized Site Visit: An organized site visit will be held on August 24th, 2026 at 10:00am Local time. From Eager, travel west from the intersection of Central Ave and Main St on AZ-Hwy 260 for approximately 3.1 miles. Turn left (south) onto AZ-Hwy 261 and continue for approximately 17.9 miles. At the intersection with AZ-Hwy 273 turn left (south) onto AZ-Hwy 273 and continue for approximately 2.5 miles. AZ-Hwy 273 turns to NFSR 249 (Three Forks Road). Continue on NFSR 249 for approximately 0.7 miles. Turn right (south-west) onto NFSR 249E and continue for approximately 0.7 miles to the intersection with NFSR 24. This project begins here and proceeds approximately 13 miles south till the NFSR 24 intersection with NFSR 26. Requests For Information (RFI’s): Questions shall be submitted via email to troy.mccullough@usda.gov and are due no later than September 3rd, 2026, at 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email. Proposal Due Date: All proposals shall be emailed to the Contract Specialist at troy.mccullough@usda.gov no later than September 14th, 2026, 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time. The USDA Forest Service, Apache—Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement for NFSR 24 Road Reconditioning, Aggregate Surfacing, and Road Stabilization on the Alpine Ranger District, Apache County, Arizona. Work is outlined in FP-24 Section 312 Dust Palliative and includes reestablishing the road template on NFSR 24, and stabilizing road surface aggregate with 80/20 Lignosulphonate/Mag Chloride Blend product. Placement will take place on NFSR 24 from intersection with the NFSR249E to the intersection of road with NFSR 26 (MP 13). Pre Solicitation Notice Synopsis THIS IS A SYNOPSIS OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS POSTED IN THE GOVERNMENTWIDE POINT OF ENTRY IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) [Deviation April 2026]. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) announces a proposed contract action for the award of a firm-fixed-price commercial supply/service & construction contract for procurement of installation of a carbon monoxide detection system for the Federal Correctional Institution Safford located in Safford, AZ. FCI Safford is a federal correctional facility located at 1529 W. US HWY 366, Safford, AZ 85546. This acquisition will be conducted using FAR Part 12 [Deviation April 2026], Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with the simplified procedures at FAR 12.201?1 [Deviation April 2026]. In accordance with FAR 12.201?1(c)(2) [Deviation April 2026], quotations will be solicited directly from at least three sources. This pre?solicitation notice is posted in the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) to promote competition to the maximum extent practicable. The requirement consists of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and warranties necessary to install the carbon monoxide detection system. The contractor and any subcontractors must be reputable, holding valid and current contracting licenses. If required, personnel must provide certifications or documented proof of experience, demonstrating competency in executing the project. Proof must be provided to the Contracting Officer (CO) or COR upon request. All work and materials must comply with applicable local, state, and federal codes, including the latest editions of the International Building Code, NFPA, Life Safety Code, OSHA, American Correctional Association Standards, and other relevant regulations. This project involves the design, supply, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of a Carbon Monoxide (CO) detection system that will be fully interfaced with the existing fire detection and alarm system (FDAS) in accordance with applicable codes and standards. The contractor is required to design and install carbon monoxide (CO) detectors in compliance with the latest National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) that will be compatible with our current Fire Alarm system, the Edwards EST3 system installed in 2022. All items must meet or exceed the specifications that will be provided in the forthcoming Request for Quotations (RFQ). Delivery of supplies and installation will be at FCI Safford 1529 W. US HWY 366, Safford, AZ 85546. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238210 – Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The anticipated award date for this requirement is August 18, 2026. IMPORTANT: Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered in https://www.sam.gov. In order to qualify for award, your business size metrics information entered in your SAM registration must be less than or equal to the size standard specified above. Repair Taxiway Shoulders

This notice constitutes an Invitation for Bids (IFB), Solicitation W50S8A-26-B-A011 to Repair Taxiway Shoulders at Pease Air National Guard Base (PEASE ANGB), Newington, NH. The Government seeks to award a single firm fixed price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools equipment, appliances and supervisors needed. The anticipated contract duration shall be approximately 120 days. Please refer to the attached specifications and drawings included in this solicitaiton. Repair Masonry / Structural Issues Scope of Work (SOW) Work for this project will be performed at the W.G. (Bill) Hefner Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including removal of existing masonry and mortar, and furnish labor and materials to perform work for VA project 659-24-901, Replace Masonry Structural Issues, which includes masonry maintenance and repair to the exterior walls for seven (7) campus buildings (Buildings 5, 6, 7, 11, 13, 19, and 21), with phased construction according to building groupings. Work includes brick repointing, masonry accessory replacements, lintel repairs, repainting, removal and replacement of existing wall-mounted items, expansion joint replacement, brick cleaning, sealant replacement, regrouting, precast and slate repair, and certain other work activities. All work occurs outside of occupied buildings. Therefore, safety and infection control measures are required during construction. The project includes deduct alternates, as required by drawings and specifications. BASE BID ITEM I, Buildings 7, 11, 19 and 21 receive full repointing. Buildings 5, 6 and 13 receive limited repointing and certain other items. All buildings receive building cleaning (including non-masonry wall areas), painting, and certain other refurbishments, as indicated by drawings and specifications.
