Requirement Contract for Installation of V/C Floor Tile in Apartments- Development Name, Located in Manhattan Neighborhood (MN04), and (MN05), Manhattan. No Bid Security Required. NYCHA intends to separately solicit and award a series of Eight (8) requirement contracts for Installation of V/C Floor Tile in Apartments-Development Specific pursuant to RFQ#s: 523204- Amsterdam Houses, 523205- Douglas Houses, 523206-DeHostos Houses, 523207- Strauss Houses, 523208- East River Houses, 523209- Jefferson Houses, 523210-Wagner Houses,  and 523211-Wilson Houses Consolidation (or this Bid Series). Contract Term: The Term of this contract shall be for a period of three (3) years from the award date established on NYCHAs Blanket Purchase Order or the issuance of the Notice to Proceed Order.  NYCHA, in its sole discretion, shall have the option to extend the Term of this contract with up to two (2) one-year renewal periods. Limiting Award Provision: NYCHA has determined that it is in the best interest of NYCHA to award only one (1) of the Requirement contracts in this Bid Series to the lowest responsive, responsible individual Contractor, subject to the award limiting language (Step 1). Subject to NYCHAs responsive and responsibility determinations of the Bidder and the award limiting language set forth herein, to the extent there are other Requirement contracts in this Bid Series that are not yet awarded after Step 1, NYCHA, in its sole and absolute discretion, may award up to One (1) additional contract(s) to a Contractor or Contractors that has, pursuant to Step 1, been awarded the maximum number of contracts in this Bid Series (Step 2).
