Solicitation number 1240LT26Q0165 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Work will consist of furnishing and installing approximately 20 Squares (10 ft x 10 ft) of new roofing, repair of soffit and replacement of soffit sheeting as needed at the Forest owned warehouse at Wapiti Ranger Station, 2285 N Fork Hwy, Cody, WY 82414. Solicitation Number: W50S9G-26-Q-A012 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Title: Repair by Replace Roof and Install Security Doors, Building B512 Response Date: August 13, 2026, at 1400 CST (i) GENERAL INFORMATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial construction services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12 and RFO Part 36, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) SET-ASIDE & CODES: This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code: 238160 (Roofing Contractors) Small Business Size Standard: $19.0 Million Product Service Code (PSC): Z2JZ (Repair or Alteration of Miscellaneous Buildings) Budget Parameters: RFO Part 36 no longer authorizes the disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects. The budget parameters for this requirement (Base plus all Options) are $500,000 to $900,000. (iii) DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: The 128th Air Refueling Wing, General Mitchell Air National Guard Base, Milwaukee, WI, has a requirement for the repair by replacement of the roof and the installation of security doors at Building B512. The project consists of the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): Base Quote Item (CLIN 0001): Complete removal and replacement of approx. 23,100 SF of built-up roofing with a 90-mil EPDM system, R-30 insulation, and replacement of gutters/downspouts. Optional Quote Item 1 (CLIN 0002): Tuck-pointing of approx. 15% of CMU walls, painting approx. 6,600 SF of exterior face, and re-caulking penetrations. Optional Quote Item 2 (CLIN 0003): Removal and replacement of seven (7) exterior doors and construction of one (1) new interior CMU security wall and door assembly. Concurrent Execution: If exercised, all optional work shall be performed concurrently with the base requirement. The total maximum period of performance for the entire project, inclusive of the Base and any exercised Options, shall not exceed 180 Calendar Days. (iv) SITE VISIT: A site visit will occur on July 28, 2026, at 1300 CST at the 128th Air Refueling, Building 701 CE Classroom, 1919 East Grange Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53207. Repair Masonry / Structural Issues Scope of Work (SOW) Work for this project will be performed at the W.G. (Bill) Hefner Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including removal of existing masonry and mortar, and furnish labor and materials to perform work for VA project 659-24-901, Replace Masonry Structural Issues, which includes masonry maintenance and repair to the exterior walls for seven (7) campus buildings (Buildings 5, 6, 7, 11, 13, 19, and 21), with phased construction according to building groupings. Work includes brick repointing, masonry accessory replacements, lintel repairs, repainting, removal and replacement of existing wall-mounted items, expansion joint replacement, brick cleaning, sealant replacement, regrouting, precast and slate repair, and certain other work activities. All work occurs outside of occupied buildings. Therefore, safety and infection control measures are required during construction. The project includes deduct alternates, as required by drawings and specifications. BASE BID ITEM I, Buildings 7, 11, 19 and 21 receive full repointing. Buildings 5, 6 and 13 receive limited repointing and certain other items. All buildings receive building cleaning (including non-masonry wall areas), painting, and certain other refurbishments, as indicated by drawings and specifications. (270 days) BID ITEM 2, ALTERNATE NO.1: BASE BID, except delete full repointing on Building 19 and, instead, provide limited repointing on Building 19.
