AMENDMENT NUMBER P00001 IS FOR SOLICITATION NUMBER 140A2326Q0155 AS FOLLOWS: 1. TO EXTEND THE RESPONSE DATE AND TIME TO AUGUST 17, 2026, AT 12:00 P.M. MOUNTAIN DAYLIGHT TIME. 2. TO DISCLOSE THE MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT TO BE BETWEEN $25,000 TO $100,000. 3. TO PROVIDE THE GOVERNMENT'S RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS RECEIVED. NO MORE QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. 4. INCLUDE ALL THE BID BOND FORM, PAYMENT BOND FORM AND PERFORMANCE BOND FORM. ALSO TO INCLUDE THE CLAUSES FOR BONDING. PAYMENT FOR BOND PREMIUMS: Payment for bond premiums, in accordance with FAR Clause 52.232-5, Payments Under Fixed-Price Construction Contracts, shall not be in addition to the contract price. Include bond payments under separate line items. BONDING REQUIREMENTS: a. Bid Bond ¿ The amount of the bid bond shall be 20% of the original contract price. b. Performance Bond ¿ The amount of the performance bond shall be 100% of the original contract price. c. Payment Bond ¿ The amount of the payment bond shall be 100% of the original contract price. d. Individual Surety ¿ The bidders shall comply with FAR Clause 52.228-11, Pledge of Assets. e. Third Party Indemnification Agreements. The bidder shall furnish a copy of any indemnification agreements that it entered into in order to secure the bonds required by the solicitation by the time set for bid opening. If an indemnification agreement was not requirement in order for the bidder to obtain the required bonds, an affidavit to that effect shall be provided by the surety along with the bid bond by the time set for bid opening. Failure to furnish a copy of the required indemnification agreement or the surety¿s affidavit may cause the bid to be rejected. ALL OTHER TERMS TO REMAIN THE SAME ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a fixed price solicitation, set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) firms. Information is provided for the following Wingate High School Facility Management Metal Canopy Installation at Fort Wingate, New Mexico. The Contractor shall furnish supervision, labor, and equipment, materials, insurance, and transportation to provide Services in accordance to the Statement of Work (SOW) herein. Solicitation Deadline: Quotes are due on July 27, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) on the date specified in the transmittal of this solicitation. Scope of work The work under this Contract consists of the rehabilitation, modernization, maintenance, and service of thirteen (13) elevators located in six (6) residential buildings at Gun Hill Houses. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, transportation, and incidental services necessary to complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of existing elevator systems and the furnishing and installation of new elevator equipment, including elevator machines, controllers, hoistway components, car enclosures, entrance and car doors, communication systems, safety devices, and associated electrical and electronic components. The Work also includes all required testing, inspections, commissioning, training, and coordination with NYCHA and other contractors, including a separate electrical contractor. The Work shall be performed in phased construction to maintain building operations and minimize disruptions to residents. The Contractor shall coordinate all activities to comply with the scheduling, outage duration, and performance requirements set forth in the Contract Documents. In addition to the construction and modernization services described in Part A, the Contractor shall enter into a separate maintenance and service agreement (Part B) to provide preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, emergency response, and related elevator support services following the completion and acceptance of the modernization work.
