Account deletion
Delete your Constructeams account and associated data
Constructeams users can request deletion of their account and associated personal information. We review and process valid deletion requests as required by applicable law.
What may be deleted
- Account and profile information associated with the requesting user.
- Organization membership records and account access for the requesting user.
- User-created content where deletion is appropriate and permitted by the user's role, organization ownership, and applicable law.
- Uploaded files, photos, documents, or attachments associated with the account where deletion is applicable.
What may be retained
- Billing records, invoices, subscription status, and payment metadata needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
- Audit logs, security logs, access records, timekeeping records, payroll-related records, and compliance records where retention is appropriate or required.
- Records needed to investigate abuse, fraud, security incidents, legal claims, or violations of our Terms.
- Backup copies for a limited period until they are overwritten or deleted through normal backup cycles.
Organization and payment records
Some project, workspace, timekeeping, daily report, file, and operational records may belong to the organization rather than an individual user. Those records may be retained or transferred to another organization owner or administrator where appropriate.
Payment records may be retained by Stripe and/or Constructeams as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
